In November 08 we rented a yurt near Anchorage that can be backpacked to within a couple miles of the trailhead. We snowshoed in. Gem did great--good times!
Meet The World
The 3 of us are very involved with supporting Gemma's Russian Immersion Program at Turnagain Elementary. Usually we're too busy working for pictures, but here's one of Gem and me chatting up the guests at a Meet The World event.
